Epifani UL 901 GHS Precision Flatwound Strings Demo

Here’s a quick demo of the new Epifani UL 901 bass amp using the DI out set to Post EQ so all EQ settings affect the DI output. I used a USA G&L LB-100 bass loaded with Nordstrand Power Blade pickups, GHS Precision Flatwound strings and Tsunami cables for all connections. I had the UL 901 DI set to Post EQ and recorded directly into my Universal Audio Apollo Twin. I will do another demo with a more modern sounding bass but wanted to showcase this amps great DI with a P Bass with flatwounds to show the warmth I get out of the amp.
